In 2018, Donnelly Energy worked with the Mansion at Mountain Lakes to survey and determine the most effective energy efficiency upgrades available for the venue through Direct Install from New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program™. It was also determined that the Mansion’s Energy Efficiency upgrades would be done in two phases.
The Mansion’s Direct Install projects included exterior and interior lighting upgrades to LEDs, brand new HVAC equipment, and water saving measures.
