Our expert team offers comprehensive turnkey solutions, from securing energy incentives to final installation, ensuring your project is seamless and hassle-free.
Who’s Eligible?
Commercially-metered facilities in New Jersey with an average annual energy usage of less than 300 kW are eligible to participate in a Direct Install (SBDI) program.
New Jersey non-profits and small businesses located in Urban Enterprise Zones can benefit from higher clean energy incentives when they participate in a Direct Install project.
Direct Install programs are also available for multifamily properties of 3 or more dwellings, upgrading common area lighting and HVAC. This includes existing residential-type properties, garden-style apartment complexes, and multi-story buildings.
What Direct Install Upgrades are Available?
Direct Install covers lighting upgrades to LEDs (Interior and exterior), including controls and sensors. Big-ticket HVAC items like packaged rooftop units, boilers, furnaces, chillers, and more are also included.
Donnelly Energy is an approved NJ Direct Install Program lighting and HVAC contractor for every New Jersey electric and gas utility.
